Party for Matt & Hilary!

Mark your calendars. We are hosting a party for Matt & Hilary. It will be on Saturday May 17th at 4:00. It will be at Ben & Megan's house. We will have a grill, so bring some meat and something to share. There will be friends, food, fun and a whole lot more. We can compete at Horse shoes, Boccie, and Croquet. You don't want to miss it. But most importantly, we will get to know Hilary a bit better! Congratulations Matt and Hilary. Let Ben know if you will be coming, and we will email you the address. Hope you can make it. And kids are more than welcome.

For those of you who don't already know

This is Matt and I have been wanting to post this for a long time, But I was hoping to post it with an appropriate picture. Well, I am getting married! It's true. I know you don't believe me. Save the date for June 7th. 06/07/08. I am going to marry my Fiance' Hilary Caldwell. She went to Cottonwood High School and Is graduating from Utah State this coming December in Elementary Education. We have been dating since January and have actually been engaged for just over a month now. She is very excited to get to know all of you. For those of you who were in St. George For Wesley Brock's baby blessing , you have already had the opportunity to get to know her a little bit. I love you guys and hope to see you all at the Reception.

A blessing put on hold . . .

It looks like we're not supposed to have this sweet baby after all. As difficult as it is to put off our dreams of being parents to another little baby and of making Tanner a big brother, we have been really blessed with a feeling that everything is ok.

We've also been blessed because:
. . . Tanner has received double the hugs and kisses as we are sooo grateful to have a healthy and beautiful child.
. . . we've been reminded of all the wonderful people God has put in our path to love and support us.
. . . the love we feel for our family seems to have increased ten-fold. We are so blessed to have a family!!
. . . this sweet spirit didn't have to experience the trials of life in an imperfect body.
. . . I get a sucker every time I get my blood drawn :)

We have been so blessed in our lives and can't begin to express our gratitude for the wonderful family we have, the incredible friends in our life, and the strength and comfort we find in our Savior.
